The Sky Dancing banner headline uses a snippet from a work by artist Tashi Mannox called 'Rainbow Study'. The work is described as a" study of typical Tibetan rainbow clouds, that feature in Thanka painting, temple decoration and silk brocades". dakinikat was immediately drawn to the image when trying to find stylized Tibetan Clouds to represent Sky Dancing. It is probably because Tashi's practice is similar to her own. His updated take on the clouds that fill the collection of traditional thankas is quite special.

New York Times: “A Republican congressman from Ohio said on Wednesday that his office and the U.S. Capitol Police were investigating after an American flag that had been altered to depict a swastika was found in his Capitol Hill office.
“A photo of the flag, which was obtained and reported by Politico, shows that some of its red and white stripes had been arranged into the shape of a swastika. Politico reported that the image was taken during a virtual meeting that included one of Mr. Taylor’s staff members.
“‘I am aware of an image that appears to depict a vile and deeply inappropriate symbol near an employee in my office,’ Mr. Taylor said in a statement. ‘The content of that image does not reflect the values or standards of this office, my staff or myself, and I condemn it in the strongest terms.’”

U.S. Capitol Police were called about an American flag altered to include a swastika and displayed inside the office of Rep. Dave Taylor (R-Ohio), his spokesperson said.
POLITICO obtained an image taken during a virtual meeting that shows the flag pinned to what appears to be a cubicle wall behind Angelo Elia, one of Taylor’s staffers. Alongside the flag — with altered red and white lines in the shape of a swastika — are pinned images, including a pocket Constitution and a congressional calendar. It is unclear what role, if any, Elia had in the incident. He did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
There actually is something there because he was sending bits and parts for his book that wasn’t looked at to see if it should’ve been left out.
