That’s what it’s called. I think that’s what he’s going through.”
“Now,” he continued, “I’m not a medical doctor, but i do want to go over the symptoms with you—because i want to make sure nobody else catches it.”
There’s more…
#Romnesia is already trending on Twitter.

Love the Romnesia! One more MSM meme down.
TNR: Stupid Talking Point of the Day: Obama Hasn’t Offered a Governing Vision
That has been driving me nuts too! I thought Obama spelled out quite a bit of what he wanted to do in the second debate. And what about the jobs bill?
I hate the lazy fact challenged MSM. They’re gonna be our downfall.
No, we’re gonna be their downfall.
Way to go BB, Best comment of the week!
BB just won the internet!
Bruce Bartlett: Bain Capital Would Reject ‘A Deal Structured Like Romney’s Tax Plan’

Romnesia – I like it. Not as evocative as etch a sketch, but it does have a certain je ne sais quoi.
Obama: “the good news is if you have it, Obamacare covers preexisting conditions”
Priceless! Good stuff – one wonders who gave Obama a backbone finally. Or to quote the Baha Men, who let the dogs out.
That was my favorite part – the PUNCH line. I’m thinking he prefers laughter to applause. Regardless of anything else, you have to admit that when Obama is having fun it is contagious. His smile is infectious. Romney’s “smile” OTOH looks like he has gas pains.
Wow! Scott Brown supporter who appears in an ad calls Elizabeth Warren a “douchebag” and President Obama a “faggot” and also says “There’s a muslim in the White House” on his Facebook page.
Also on the guy’s Facebook page:
Oh noes! That’s my alma mater. We’re actually so nice that we sometimes let creeps like this into our nest in the hope of turning them into decent human beings. As you can see, we’re not always successful.
I would just go ahead and apologize for Jack Abrahamoff and to some extend for the more and more annoying Tom Friedman.
for some reason that I’ve yet to discover, I cannot go to HuffPo without both my browsers having a nervous breakdown. I think it has to do with my cookie blocking. Anyway, Repubs seem to revel in insults of that nature. Not sure why, must be a disconnect in the brain, because it’s always bound to be tracked down and exposed, fortunately.
That used to happen to me with Internet Explorer. I used Firefox for awhile, but that started giving me problems. Now I use Chrome.
My son has been on my case about Chrome, but I was always hesitant. You’ve found no problems with it? I might just try it.
At first I had some problems with some add-on’s crashing, but for some reason that stopped happening. My computer is a few years old, so I can’t install the latest IE. That could be why I had trouble with Firefox too. Anyway I really like Chrome now.
Notice how Republicans just seem to attract ALL the hateful people in the world?
I’m just wondering who is responsible for teaching christians to HATE. I could have sworn there was a passage in the bible that said “love thy neighbor.” Guess I missed the part about unless they aren’t white, heterosexual, christian or don’t have a penis.
Scott Brown’s goose should be cooked!

Brilliant. I can’t imagine the pain that Brown’s comments caused the people who were in that video. Brown is a fool, who doesn’t give a crap about the people to whom he caused hurt. go Elizabeth, wipe the floor with the fool.
This says something …
Mitt Romney’s Hometown Newspaper, The Salt Lake Tribune, has endorsed Pres.Obama for re-election: http://www.sltrib.com/sltrib/opinion/55019844-82/romney-obama-state-president.html.csp …
Hope that leaves a mark!
The Denver Post endorses Barack Obama for President…

The Tampa Times endorses Obama, they are largest Fl newspaper.
Cool!
WHOA!
How do you tell if you have Romnesia?
Maybe, you keep getting off your car elevator on the wrong floor.
Maybe, you are dancing the foxtrot and Trafalca is doing a tango.
Maybe, when you are going to visit your money, you pack lederhosen for the Caymans and a banana hammock for Switzerland.
Maybe, when you are visiting Branson, you forget to stop by the Garden of Eden.
Maybe, you forget to forget that whole embarrassing MA Governor thing.
That’s priceless 🙂
Charles Pierce with an important message. This should be shared.
The State of the Election Is All of Us
Yeah, that is well put.
I hope Obama will talk more about America’s future, about next year preparing for the transition of no longer being at war and no longer having that drain of money, time, and deployed military forces. Nearly war-free, in January we can turn our sights back on rebuilding this country’s infrastructure; educational systems, pre-school, community colleges and technical institutions, and universities; and maybe some political fences. Our founders fought against the very plutocracy that is rooting itself in all phases of our government and that, as Chris Hedges describes it, is changing our political organization to a feudal state. The bosses who are intimidating their employees to vote for Romney or they may have to shut down their businesses are acting like lords to vassals. I didn’t see the slow creep of the “pluts” when I read Hedges’ column over a year ago, but now I do. Possibly the war will move home.
I have heard Obama’s vision, but I’m suggesting he stress to the American people, not in argument, every time to Romney, what he envisions for America’s rebuilding after exiting Afghanistan. He has lapses of being presidential in my opinion. He should make his re-election campaign just as much as how he as president will lead us to a brighter future as to beating and calling out Romney. He should claim his presidential advantage at every opportunity.
I agree that more vision for the future would be a positive thing. If anything is missing, it’s that more than any other.

Highly recommend again that people read Bob Somerby. He’s on fire right now and for good reason.

As if his ignorance about women’s health issues isn’t enough, Joe Walsh admits in the debate, that he and the GOP Congress want to end Medicare. Walsh might as well go ahead and flush himself.
“During the fourth and final debate between incumbent Rep. Joe Walsh (R-IL) and his Democratic challenger, Tammy Duckworth, the Republican Congressman openly admitted that he and his GOP colleagues want to “end Medicare as we know it.”
Unfortunately, he seems to be winning.
Akin is down 8.9 according to TPM and down 8 in Rasmussen’s latest. He’s losing.
The September poll had Duckworth up by 14, the poll done the 2nd week in October had her down by 3. Let’s hope it’s just another poll anamoly. Duckworth is genuine Shero.
I have to say these polls are so crazy, all over the place and I’ve been reading Nate, too that I am beginning to believe once again the American people believe in “Morning in America”, I guess I’m really depressed. 🙂
I found a few interesting links while looking for cartoons:
TSA Removes X-Ray Body Scanners From Major Airports – ProPublica
Weighty memento: war veteran’s secret revealed after his death – Telegraph
Oh, great, so instead of exposing lots of passengers to ionizing radiation, fewer passengers will still be exposed. That’s a small improvement. There is no known safe level or ionizing radiation. How often are this machines calibrated or analyzed to check actual amount emitted? The TSA won’t say.
Europe has banned these from airport screening due to safety risks. The US should also.
Remind me to fly only from major airports.
Someone alert senile douchnozzle Jack Welch. 41 states are in cahoots with Obama 🙂
WAPO: Unemployment rate drops in 41 states, including most swing states
Kind of disgusting but, it’s The Onion, and it’s funny.
The Onion Endorses John Edwards For President
I had to work today and again tonight. I hate when i miss the funny stuff. Romnesia !! And also the informative ones. And excuse me for being a downer but I believe Obama needs to say his plan for 4 more years. Jobs bill will go through. Infrastructure, Housing fix. And I KNOW the right is going to do the thing the republicans do on “terror”. I hope Obama is not waiting to explain the Benghazi attack on debate night. It’s not easily explained. People are stupid. Just look at Jon Stewart’s questions last night. I am worried because I have seen what republicans will do (I’m old and live in Florida). If these polls are not way off Obama is in trouble. I mean if Democrats did not come up with a way to win the medicare issue after losing on it in 2010, what are they preparing for? This could be over reaction but I am just really pissed at the people in this country. I am beginning to think Obama thinks jokes, just like the way I use laughing to keep from crying, Is a strategy. Young people are not reliable voters, women should be at least 40% voting for themselves. Men who worry about what they pay for their families health care but don’t connect their wivie’s policies cost more than men’s and wouldn’t under Obama care. I am now going to return to laughing because, as I said last night, I don’t think I’m coming out of this election sane. 🙂 🙂 🙂 Triple time smiling!
I meant to add this link to someone who is NOT a lefty.

At first I thought somebody better have the story straight by Monday night………It was Romney who said that no intelligence backed up Susan Rice’s statement, but there it is from the CIA Talking Points……………CIA said the one thing needed was that the US could do better with real time intelligence from places like Libya…………..and that was what I stated last week. And I see plenty of unrest in Libya with the one year mark of Goddaffi gone.
I see that Mark Bowden who wrote Blackhawk Down, just released his new book, The Finish, the killing of Osama Bin Laden, just added that to my reading list this winter (along with Shelia Bair, and Seth Rosenfeld).
Fannie, good points, but people are stupid and with the press guy that covered Filmore, ( Bob Schieffer) the Bushies best friend from Texas, I don’t see how this is going to work out well.
The format for the debate will be similar to the one Lehrer presided over in Denver on Oct. 3 — the 90 minutes divided into six 15-minute segments. Schieffer has announced they will center on: America’s Role in the World; Our Longest War — Afghanistan and Pakistan; Red Lines — Israel and Iran; the Changing Middle East and the New Face of Terrorism — I; the Changing Middle East and the New Face of Terrorism – II; and the Rise of China and Tomorrow’s World.
That’s the broad outline. Count on Schieffer to throw some interesting curves to put the candidates on the spot.
PICAYUNE — “You can say anything you want during a debate and 80 million people hear it,” observed Peter Teeley, press secretary to Vice President Bush. If reporters then document that a candidate spoke untruthfully, “so what?”
