A drone designed and constructed by Concepcion University and the Chilean army is seen during a flight test at Concepcion city, some 500 km (311 miles) south of Santiago, November 23, 2012. The drone, called “Lascar”, is equipped with day and night cameras and has a maximum speed of 120 km/h. It will be used for volcano monitoring and search and rescue tasks.
