Thank goodness this debate is almost over.
My stomach is in knots. Mike Pence gets under my skin even more than Donald Trump does. He constantly smirks and lies and lies again in a soft tone of voice. And he interrupts even more than Trump does. He’s a monster.

The Sky Dancing banner headline uses a snippet from a work by artist Tashi Mannox called 'Rainbow Study'. The work is described as a" study of typical Tibetan rainbow clouds, that feature in Thanka painting, temple decoration and silk brocades". dakinikat was immediately drawn to the image when trying to find stylized Tibetan Clouds to represent Sky Dancing. It is probably because Tashi's practice is similar to her own. His updated take on the clouds that fill the collection of traditional thankas is quite special.

This debate won’t change anyone’s mind. I think Hillary won this one and Trump lost. Pence refused to defend the top of the ticket and Kaine repeatedly called attention to Trump not paying taxes and insulting everyone except white men.
I agree BB. My talking point this morning: Last week Mike Pence said he was a Christian lst, a Conservative 2nd, and a Republican 3rd. He never once said he was an American, and would uphold the constitution of this land.

CNN, Jake Tapper, just said “we can’t say that Kaine had a bad night”………….wtf does that mean, is that code for everybody to say he lost? I don’t know what in the hell everybody else was watching, but what I saw clearly showed me that Pence could not answer questions! Kaine did answer the questions.

I saw that. It really gave me hope. Voters saw past the style points and were able to recognize Pence’s lies. Honestly, I’m impressed because Kaine did come across as annoying but he told the truth.

Yeah, watching Pence lie with such a calm, even tone to his voice was creepy. It felt like we were listening to a serial killer.

That is what I thought.
Like most everyone else here, my conclusion is the Kaine v. Pence debate didn’t change a single mind. I think Kaine was more about substance, Pence about obfuscation. He knows his running mate is an indefensible disaster so he was left to avoid the truth or lie.
On to Sunday where I believe Hillary will WIN again. Even though Hillary does well in Town Hall format, there is the problem that Town Hall format allows Trump to deliver non-answers and vague answers or to skirt the answer all together. Hillary will not have the leverage to hold his feet to the fire or to set him up for his rage rants quite as easily or often. I’m sure Trump will try to get in the “basket of deplorables” “The Clinton Foundation” and “emails” and “Benghazi” since he completely whiffed on those things last time, but I feel confident that Hillary has a knock out punch waiting to take him out if/when he does.
Pence didn’t even know where he was last night, he thanked Norwood University! Shithead.
Here is the thing, pundits were saying Pence won because Pence won the beauty contest. Period.
He lied very calmly. It will take a minute to sink in that all he did was lie.
The VP debate will not wear well for him.
