So, we got three essentially Republican speeches. One was schizophrenic, one was creepy, and the other one came with audio visuals. Just clap really loud if you think Tinkerbama can convince every one that he’s going to be able to make all those ‘investments’ on the list? Now, how many of you think that Tort reform, corporate tax rate cuts, and decreased spending on the country is the more likely scenario?
Boehnerella didn’t even cry when his sweeping the family bar story was spun!
So, Bachmaniac didn’t sound crazy, but what was going on with those eyes?
So, my next question is what is a real Democratic voter to do?

So, I’m watching some of the spin zones. It’s pretty difficult making hay out of shallow water marsh grass.

Yeah, that was what I heard too…I think he just illustrated my first opinion of him, he is nothing but a hack, a rehash hack.

A vaguely interesting pastime during Obama’s speech is to watch the many facial expressions of Joe Biden, along with the assorted bodily tics and jerks he makes.
I still say the scariest thing is thinking that those three men are basically the country’s top dudes… a narcissist surrounded by alcoholics. I was thinking maybe Prince William would consider coming back for awhile?
Lucky me! I had to crawl over a 4 foot snowbank just to go out to dinner tonight and it was well worth it as I missed all three “historic” speeches coming out of DC.
No matter how nicely it is packaged, bullsh*t is bullsh*t and it matters not whose throwing it around.

Sure he did. That’s what he does.
He said the right things about tax cuts for the rich for three years before he forced Democrats to agree to tax cuts for the rich.
I don’t know why any one takes what he says seriously. You have to watch what he forces every one to do. Like we get approvals on vertical mergers and we have a historically high rate of prosecuting whistle blowers. Meanwhile, he talks about competitiveness and transparency of government.
Thanks. I hope he noted that in terms of economics, it was totally schizophrenic or bi polar or something completely crazy and unworkable.
Before I left the house tonight I heard Bob Shrum tell Cenk Uygur that in the future Obama will be regarded “as the best Progressive president ever”.
As soon as I got to the restaurant I ordered whatever Bob Shrum was drinking just to keep up.

This nation is being “governed” by millionaires, billionaires, zillionaires, and religious zealots.
