Good fucking morning! Wasn’t yesterday a fanfuckintastic day? tRump was arrested and arraigned…something many of us thought would never happen. But like my Daddy says, it’s not enough!
So let’s get to the cartoons via Cagle website:

Seems fitting even after all these years?
This is an open thread…

Morning…the day after:
Meanwhile in Tennessee:
I may remember this post forever. The cartoons are brutal and simply wonderful! The news–except for the backwoods state of Tennesee–is lovely! America the Beautiful!
It’s funny you said that, I usually send the posts images and cartoons to the trash…but for today’s post I saved them, so that I can remember as the years go by.
I still have, and treasure, a large cache of political cartoons the day Nixon resigned.
Fury in NC: Tricia Cotham (D), NC state house representative is switching, or already has switched, to the Republican Party, giving the NC House and Senate a supermajority to override Governor Roy Cooper’s vetoes. Governor Cooper (D) has protected us from the legislation of the Republican lunatic fringe that this snowflake has destroyed. People are furious with her.
I just want to remind you that tonight at 10pm on TCM they are having Brother Orchid with Edward G Robinson. It is delightful!
My favorite is the one where Trump’s very trying day is when he has to remain silent. He needs a gag order pronto.
