The Sky Dancing banner headline uses a snippet from a work by artist Tashi Mannox called 'Rainbow Study'. The work is described as a" study of typical Tibetan rainbow clouds, that feature in Thanka painting, temple decoration and silk brocades". dakinikat was immediately drawn to the image when trying to find stylized Tibetan Clouds to represent Sky Dancing. It is probably because Tashi's practice is similar to her own. His updated take on the clouds that fill the collection of traditional thankas is quite special.

I blocked Musk a long time ago, but now he just bleeds through it.
JJ, these cartoons are really good but I don’t know whether to laugh or cry over them. Maybe I’ll laugh while crying until I’m so exhausted I have to take to my bed for the rest of the day. That’s life right now, isn’t it?
What would we do without both adult and kid cartoons? I will never ever grow out of them. It’s also nice to see that so many political cartoonists share our view, and it goes further than a lot of other media.
My comment was not meant to be a criticism of the cartoons in any way, merely an observation of how bleak our world has become.
It’s so true. Even cartoons can be depressing these days.
