The Sky Dancing banner headline uses a snippet from a work by artist Tashi Mannox called 'Rainbow Study'. The work is described as a" study of typical Tibetan rainbow clouds, that feature in Thanka painting, temple decoration and silk brocades". dakinikat was immediately drawn to the image when trying to find stylized Tibetan Clouds to represent Sky Dancing. It is probably because Tashi's practice is similar to her own. His updated take on the clouds that fill the collection of traditional thankas is quite special.
You can find his work at his website by clicking on his logo below. He is also a calligraphy artist that uses important vajrayana syllables. We encourage you to visit his on line studio.

“RESIST, INSIST, PERSIST, ENLIST.” - HILLARY RODHAM CLINTON
How terrible. It must feel so awful to be trapped with no way out because somebody else has painted a target on your back.
(I see that people are finally noticing he lied in his confirmation testimony thousands of years ago in the Before Times.)
He’s a bigger crybaby than Kavenaugh.
As somebody said out on the web, “We’re looking for a tinier violin.”
BB I’ve always had a special dislike for Alito, since the day he reacted to Obama’s SOTU address when he should have just STFU whether he liked it or not. Alito has a propensity to act like a spoiled man-baby with zero awareness of his privilege.
I completely agree.
Women dying from ectopic pregnancies or necrotizing fetuses have it worse, Judge Alito. Shut up.
Wow. I think I kind of keep up on this stuff, and I didn’t know it was that bad.
And then, just imagine for a second, aside from all the bigger issues, the em>cost of that male violence. The legal costs, the police costs, the prison costs (if any), the cost to the motherless children, the cost of the motherless children, the cost of the statistically certain downstream criminality of a large number of them. The patriarchy is expensive. … But worth it, they seem to feel.
I know that homicide — being murdered by men — has been the leading cause of death for pregnant women and new mothers for as long as I’ve been in healthcare. I recall Germain Greer saying that women rarely knew how much men hate them. Does the hate increase when men see women bringing forth new life? Or are the men jealous of the infant and envious of the attention it gets from the mother?
Men expect to be the center of everyone’s universe.
