Good morning, my Daddy and I laughed like hell at that image up top.
Cartoons via Cagle website:
I know it isn’t much, but I do donate to a few abortion organizations each month… SisterSong, ARC-SouthEast, Abortion Access Front, NARAL. Here are some abortion orgs for 15 different states, check them out.
I loved that song when I was little….I even had my hair cut in a page boy hairstyle like Tennille when I was 5 years old.
This is an open thread.
I tried to add this cartoon by David Horsey last night, but WordPress wouldn’t let me:
Ugh…sick, but not unlikely.
I saw that. Really invasive.
One of the things that has been less than impressive is the number of medical professionals falling all over themselves to work with their slave states. I’d sort of assumed, because I’m a slow learner, that we’d be hearing stories of doctors refusing to harm their patients because of laws that are crimes against humanity.
Right? Apparently the AMA has a policy to remain silent on healthcare. So brave, so noble.
That’s complete bullshit. We’ve already seen those cases since the decision.
Well, they’re all Humpty Dumpties though. Words mean whatever they want them to mean.
“Abortion” (in fascist-speak) means women controlling their own reproduction.
Abortions that don’t enforce misogyny aren’t ***reeealy*** abortions.
And with each medically essential case that reaches the news, the fact that they mean precisely that becomes ever more obvious.
To have the ability to sleep like a cat or a kitten …
It sure is. And heartbreaking.
Abortion still is safer than childbirth.
