Tea Pain listened to 5 minutes of Trump's speech tonight. It was just plain sad. Low energy. Same borin' list of white grievances. Crowd seemed out of it as well.

Ending with this bit:
I don’t know who needs to read this but you’re holding on so hard and tight not realizing your victory is in letting go. Your Promise Land is in letting go. A lot of your fear is wrapped up in illusions, smoke & mirrors, paper tigers. Even when you’re scared, you still must move.

This is an open thread.
Some news this morning:
Fuckers:
Quite a compilation☹️
All are great. The one with Bill Barr is perfect.
I’ve been held up in the pillow fort without tv and stuff for a bit. Wow. It just isn’t improving.
I’m not sure what that means.
So Harvey, the “woman” who murdered three women, is actually a man who “identifies” as a woman. Ugh! “She” murdered the first two, was convicted, and served time as a man. Now at 83, she’s suddenly a woman. Sure.
Oh. And there I was thinking that being a serial killer was spreading to women.
And he’ll be sent to a woman’s prison due to Transwomen Are Women BS. Imagine being a woman and you get this creature as a cellmate. Trans rights superseding women’s rights.
#NotOurCrimes
#NoMenInWomensPrisons
Handsome is as handsome does, but I located a picture and that person is truly ugly as sin. Why, after the second murder (“manslaughter”), she was ever released on parole is a mystery. She had only been out for a year when she stabbed her second victim and tried to dispose of the body. I hope she gets life without parole this time and is segregated from the women in prison. She even admitted that she “has a problem with women.”
You are absolutely correct that this person should be segregated from women in prison…by putting him in the men’s prison where he belongs.
Exactly. I wonder if he identified as a woman before or after the latest murder?
The Jan 6th committee bringing in Ukrainians to protect democracy! LOL! But a very good idea.
Can’t imagine Putin’s very happy about doing this:
Good thread.
I just found out that he was a violent abuser of women.
We need to kick Texas out of the Union, I swear. It was ill-begotten and hasn’t behaved from about then forward.
There are a whole lot of great Democrats in Texas, esp. in Houston, Austin, San Antonio, El Paso and even Dallas. They keep getting out-voted, but get closer every time to being able to run the Republicans out of office.
Darn near all of the Republicans in office in Texas are dangerous whackadoodles. Some are corrupt; some are evil; some are idiots; some hit the trifecta.
