Wednesday Reads

Good afternoon.

There was something about that image of the high heel and at vaccine 💉 …connecting women to science and how women are moving forward with Covid relief. (It also harkens back to the film High Heels by Pedro Almodóvar.)

In Texas, a bill has been introduced that might subject women and doctors to the death penalty for abortion, again with no exception for rape or incest.

Well, death penalty if you want bodily autonomy or you help a woman to achieve this. Why do I think if his mistress needs an abortion he’s going to get her to another state where it’s legal?

Also, isn’t this unlawful by federal law?

Some Good news! Marcia Fudge got okayed as HUD Secretary and Merrick Garland is now the AG. They were both confirmed with bipartisan support. Also, the covid relief bill has passed.
