There are 1600+ restaurants still open for business…but, it does make you think.
Here is something else to make you think:
What the hell is wrong with these people?
Here is the full image…
It bothered me to…but he was calling Dr. Fauci by his first name too. It is being disrespectful to both Doctors.
That is so true…
So, with all this stressful mess going on, I’ve been killing time coloring…
I thought I would share this with you…it seems a lot of people are finding it soothing.
Anyway, stay safe and as usual, this is an open thread.
So $2 Trillion for the economy, but not one cent for the poorest of the poor–people dependent on Social Security and SSI and poor families who don’t earn enough to pay taxes. I sure hope I don’t get sick, because I won’t be able to go to a doctor–no money for my high deductibles. Also no money to help me survive for the last couple of weeks of each month when I have almost no money left for food. Us old folks are just supposed to sicken and to save Wall Street and the ultra-rich.
How old is Hume? He looks like a dried up old fossil to me.
God give you, and all of us, strength, bb. One gut punch of cruelty after another with this crew.
It’s even more hurtful when we see what European countries are doing. If you’re not rich, the US can be a desperate place in which to live.
Love your colors, JJ – they’re gorgeous!
I second this! Really beautiful.
Yes!!
What do all those states have in common … let me think …
The study reported on the U.S.’s preparedness, not on the denying, stalling, partisan-blaming. and delaying resources of this president.
Yes. We’ve got the resources and ability, and a bloated squalling criminally insane grifter squatting up top snarling any attempt at organization.
Hence, the 19th ranking in what’s probably the most important area …
ABC News reporting Prince Charles is positive.
But he’s an Old – so good on him for sacrificing! /s

Won’t have to worry if he’ll find an ICU bed if needed.
The Waffle House index doesn’t mean much in this situation. Restaurants, as non-essential services, have been ordered closed in many areas, whether they had the resources to stay open or not. So all the Waffle Houses in a city would be closed but all the gas stations and drug stores in that same city would be open. This wouldn’t be the case in an earthquake or storm emergency.
I’m all in for having them close permanently. They’re like little plagues houses of their own.
I guess it means people will lose their jobs though.
Good news. Thanks, Luna.
I could see Al Franken managing to get someone in an ICU to laugh!
This warms my heart.
Gawd- are you listening to this joker? I know I shouldn’t be. He has totally lost it- talking about seeing Romeo and Juliet at the Kennedy Center. Thinks they are still having shows there, but limiting them to 25 or 250 audience members. He has lost his rocker.
I will never, never, never, get over it.
Y’all have heard this?
Gobsmacked.
