    • quixote says:

Huh? Why not? He’s got a good brain. He talks to himself. And he’s got words, all the words. He said so himself.

And just imagine: if he were preztwit, talking to Putin, he’d finally crack the man’s iron self-control and we’d get to see Putin laughing out loud.

  14. Valhalla says:

Mine goes to Chuck Todd, MSNBC, and especially someone called “Molly Ball” for this: Meet The Press Panel ‘Covers’ Sexist Coverage Of Clinton – Without Mentioning Joe Scarborough?

The panel overall was bad enough, but Molly could NOT wait for her turn to talk. She was just quivering with pent up excitement to give her “proof” that using gendered language to describe a female candidate IS IN NO WAY SEXIST. Supposedly “political “scientists” have many “studies” proving this. Then she tried to diss Clinton by claiming that although this year she tried to “lean into women”, it totally didn’t work. No one on the panel bothered to ask if by “didn’t work” Molly meant “Clinton is winning women by 20 point margins, and AA women by zillion point margins, almost everywhere.” Idiot.

    • janicen says:

Don’t believe most of the world, believe the asshats on NBC.

    • NW Luna says:

Fuck the zombie MSM, and the women going along with it get a very special FUCK YOU.

    • bostonboomer says:

Molly Ball is a Hillary hater extraordinaire. I supposed that’s why NBC invited her.

      • ANonOMouse says:

Well, you know if a “woman” says that the way the men of NBC behaved toward Hillary wasn’t sexist, then it must be so! Sort of like the GOP’s devotion to AA’s is demonstrated by the fact that Ben Carson was a Presidential Candidate.

      • ANonOMouse says:

This pretty well sums up how much Molly Ball dislikes Hillary

Is Hillary hoarse, or is she trying to appeal to Ohio voters by sounding like Sherrod Brown?

I’ve resisted getting on Twitter, but Molly might force me to rethink that decision.

        • bostonboomer says:

If you do get on Twitter, be sure to follow me or let me know your handle. I’m BostonBoomer. and use my real name in my profile.

          • ANonOMouse says:

I sure will. I’ve really resisted Twitter because as you know I just can’t shut up once I get started and Twitter would likely be toxic for me. But, I’m beginning to feel that I may just have to give in to my impulses before the GE to counter the Hillary haters. 🙂

          • Delphyne49 says:

Same goes for me, Mouse – @Delphyne49er and also use my real name.

I just joined and it can be overwhelming – so much information streaming in. But, it’s definitely educational for me and I have to admit, some people are very, very clever with their use of language which I love.

          • ANonOMouse says:

Y’all are making it very tempting.

        • janicen says:

I’m @janicen. I don’t tweet much, mostly retweet interesting things but I really like following others.

  15. NW Luna says:

Happy Spring to all SkyDancers! May the growing year bring us renewal, and Hillary Rodham Clinton as our President-elect!

  16. bostonboomer says:

Bernie doesn’t want to meet with the media in Idaho. He’s apparently scare after what happening in Arizona.

    • ANonOMouse says:

I read some comments this past weekend from an avid, but respectful Bernie supporter who was very disappointed after seeing him in person in AZ. He said that Bernie looks and sounds like he’s given up and that seeing him in person made him rethink his support of Bernie. I also read a comment by another Bernie supporter who said that he thought Bernie had “jumped the shark” when he told Rachel Maddow that if he’s Party nominee he will ask Obama to withdraw the nomination of Merrick Garland. The shine is beginning to come off the apple.

  17. janicen says:

So Terry McAuliffe had a ramp added to the governors mansion in VA so that disabled people could access with dignity rather than have to take an elevator from the basement. Former First Lady of VA, Roxane Gilmore, Republican, was against the idea because she said it was unnecessary and could mar the historic nature of the building. Fucking Republicans are disgusting.

    • NW Luna says:

Might mar the history of denying access to people who use wheelchairs is what they mean. Good on Terry McA for changing this!

  18. NW Luna says:

Woman firefight chief is “too hard, too sharp”

Nigretto, 57, a member of the [Seattle] department since 1987, has been the incident commander at a number of high-profile call-outs, including the Greenwood explosion and September’s deadly Ride the Ducks crash. She says she has applied for, and been denied, promotions regularly since 1999…..

She said that after she was denied a position as deputy chief last year, she asked Scoggins why she was not promoted and he told her that she has an edge to her, a sharpness. “I need you to dull that,” she said he told her.

She concedes that she is a stickler for correct action and training.

“I want the people I work with to be safe and I want things done right. Would they hold that against me if I were a man? No, they would say he holds people accountable.”

Scoggins, who is black, agreed that he told her she had “a hardness” to her that he feared would prevent subordinates from feeling they “could open up to her.”

  19. NW Luna says:

Crowd told venue full when it wasn’t. And some Sanders supporters aren’t Bernie or no one.

Sanders’ Seattle visit: Crowds lined up early in the drizzle at Seattle Center to hear Sanders’ anti-billionaire message. By midafternoon, the line coiled from the Space Needle and EMP Museum and along Fifth Avenue. With many told the 17,000-seat arena had reached capacity, a big screen and loudspeakers were set up at the International Fountain. KeyArena was not entirely full, however, as some upper-deck sections were left largely empty. Seattle Center staff later estimated the crowd for the speech at 10,300 inside the arena, with 5,500 more outside. Another 1,500 left after Sanders briefly addressed the overflow crowd outside.

…Volunteer Leslie Zukor, 31, of Mercer Island, held two Bernie Sanders puppets as she directed the line snaking through Seattle Center. “I like his spirit and I like the fact that he will take on the drug companies,” she said. Even after Obamacare, she said, too many don’t have health insurance or are underinsured.

Like many Sanders supporters, Zukor said the senator had uniquely energized her about politics. But if it comes down to it, she said she’d have no problem voting for Clinton — especially with the prospect of Donald Trump as the Republican nominee.

“I don’t understand the ‘Bernie or bust’ movement,” she said. Waiting in line for the rally with his daughter Zoe, 3, Alex Darrow agreed. “I will probably end up voting for Hillary, but I like that he’s speaking the truth,” Darrow said.

Too bad they haven’t bothered to read Hillary’s policies and see that she will fight for them.
