Thanks for the laughs! They made me forget for a while about the butterflies in my stomach (because of tonight’s debate).

  2. pdgrey says:

JJ, thanks, we need that, but please don’t miss my boost at the end of the last post!

These cartoons are great. I love all of the ones you’ve posted here. These three are not only funny (especially that last one lol), they hit the nutzoid GOP right in the balls on target. Thank you for providing a good laugh before the circus begins tonight. Although I’m not a first time poster here, I haven’t done so in a while but I read this blog daily and enjoy all the front pagers thoughtful and informative posts.

Besides “corporations are people my friend” this is just as bad. Unfortunately it will never happen , but NO more tax-exempt. I’m sick of all of it.

Did Hillary try to take blame for #Benghazi b4 the debate? Tonight if asked POTUS will say buck stops w/ him @nbcnightlynews @NBCPolitics

not scooped: sat on interview, then called Clinton ‘mute’ on Libya RT @DylanByers: WSJ held Clinton remark got scooped http://www.politico.com/blogs/media/2012/10/wsj-held-clinton-remark-got-scooped-138569.html#.UH1x0cC83-0.twitter

“They cannot attack us for . . . not doing interviews. They can’t attack us for not taking responsibility and then realize they were wrong” and fail to address the contradictions. “It was just the right hand not talking to the far right hand,” says the official of the intra-Journal mix-up.
well, isn’t that special. the Wall Street Journal, assholes. What a non-partisan media, assholes.

From a comment at Foreign Policy:

“President Obama takes responsibility for the safety and security of all diplomats serving overseas,” said Obama campaign spokeswoman Jen Psaki during a Fox News interview Tuesday. “Secretary Clinton of course has a great amount of responsibility as Secretary of State”

  7. pdgrey says:

I hope when Romney tries the “hiding behind a womans skirts” he say’s Hillary is the most beloved Secreraty of State and it is sexist to say it. I have heard all day long he is going to do it to make points with women.

    • dakinikat says:

I’m getting tired of Romney dancing on those 4 graves. Imagine if the democrats would’ve done that to Bush after 9-11 when all the intelligence indicated that Condi and Dubya ignored those reports about Bin Laden Determined to hit US?

Romney Is Attacked by His Father’s Longtime Aide

    http://thecaucus.blogs.nytimes.com/2012/10/15/romney-is-attacked-by-his-fathers-longtime-aide/

Walter De Vries, who worked for the senior Mr. Romney throughout the 1960s, wrote that Mitt Romney’s bid for the White House was “a far cry from the kind of campaign and conduct, as a public servant, I saw during the seven years I worked in George Romney’s campaigns and served him as governor.”

“While it seems that Mitt would say and do anything to close a deal – or an election,” he wrote, “George Romney’s strength as a politician and public officeholder was his ability and determination to develop and hold consistent policy positions over his life.”

A piece of good news before the debate and the MSM starts pouring out their pre-written narratives.

Sheila Bair To Endorse Elizabeth Warren

Sheila Bair, the former chair of the FDIC and a Republican, will endorse Elizabeth Warren in the Massachusetts Senate race, the Wall Street Journal reports. Bair worked with Warren during the financial crisis and said “I have confidence in her independence.”

Bair told WSJ she plans to campaign for Warren on Wednesday in Massachusetts.

Jennifer Rubin is a disgusting POS, at best.

wonkette: Abusive Ogre Barack Obama Forces Hillary Clinton Into Taking Responsibility For Her Department

The Secretary of State is responsible for diplomatic security. The president is responsible for the Secretary of State.
    [...]
Jennifer Rubin, however, has decided that Hillary Clinton took responsibility because she’s a penis-whipped shit sundae who’s not a real woman. Delicate lady-flowers should not be forced to take responsibility for the departments they run, because real men should stand up and do it for them. If that is not feminism, what is?
