Time for some Benny Hill? Open Thread

Earlier today, my mom and dad were talking about some movie she was watching. I don’t know what the film was, or what the discussion focused on, but there was mention of the directors choice of filming…something about the significance of shooting the scene at an angle…whatever, hopefully you can follow my train of thought.
It reminded me of a skit on Benny Hill, where an avant garde director is interviewed about the way he filmed a movie…from a critic perspective. So instead of catching up on the news, I spent the time looking for that clip. It took a while but I found it!
Benny Hill was so damn funny, even when dubbed in a foreign language the idea comes across:
Just a couple more clips for you…
She had the largest parakeets I’d ever seen.
Times running out for me…
And lastly…Bus Stop
To funny…and just a note, this is comedy…not a statement on women’s issues! I’ve always enjoyed Benny Hill, don’t you?

I’m going back to bed…have a wonderful evening!

Never was a Benny Hill fan, but that Colbert piece was hilarious. Thanks, jj.
I had a feeling you were not a fan of Benny Hill, but to me some of his sketches are very funny.
Check this out, it’s either utter love or absolute loathing:
